The grievances can be filed under appropriate category. Once the grievance has been submitted, a reference number will be generated and the status of the grievance can be tracked with the help of the reference number.

About Grievance Redressal Portal

The nonacademic complaints raised will be forwarded to the respective department/office/individual (dealing with the principal function linked with the grievance) requesting them to enquire into the grievance and redress within a specified period.

The grievances can be lodged online

The grievance is acknowledged online. A unique reference number is given to each grievance.

It may be tracked on the Grievance Portal using Track Grievances Status link and after login to your account.
